Flymode first store opened in 2003 with a hip and fly street wear store setting the trends in and around Detroit, Michigan. In September 2006 Flymode decided to get out of its lease on Nine Mile Rd. in Ferndale. Flymode decided NOT leave Detroit as so many businesses do nowadays, but stayed to support it and build a thriving online street wear business and put some people in Detroit back to work. In April 2007 Fly Mode was back in business, but now online at flymode.com
